We want to know what maximum speed we can archive on our RJSE 3/1, 24E, 150” machine number:-78469
Note:- this machine runs with creel & magnate jacquard, current speed on the machine is 400 rpm.

What I know for this machine type the maximum speed is 450-500 rpm,I have seen in one company that machine type was running with 450 rpm.
However,I think you should be happy with this current speed 400 rpm, concerning age of the machine,if I not wrong that machine was build around 1993 is it?

Again I have one problem with lycra fabric! On HKS 3/1 ,
GB2:- 23/10// yarn:- 50/48 SD Polyester
GB3:- 10/12// yarn:- 40 lycra
Course: - 16.4
Machine width: - 130”
Finish width: - 56”
Finishing Process: - Relaxing, heatsetting, bleaching, dyeing, stentering.
We are unable to gain proper finish result after dying, when we stretch the finished fabric and after leaving the fabric is curling

what I have learned working with 40 denier Lycra for long time. it is the most sensitive kind of combination with other yarn group, key thing to remember is to very delicately control your Dry and wet process temperature rise and cooling, also any vibration in heat setting equipment also play hidden roll in ultimate final finish properties,
